What
to expect when commisioning a mural
When pricing murals, many factors
must be taken into consideration (location, size, detail..). Murals
are priced per square or cubic area with specific materials used.
The reason for this is that in general, in the real world, as one
looks at larger and larger projects each square foot or meter painted
takes less time to execute than in smaller projects. In order for
the price of the mural to reflect this, the price per square unit
of area decreases for larger murals.
Prices include all Work and
Materials.
They do not include scaffolding charges nor out-of-town transportation
and living expenses.
The prices listed below do not
include the non-refundable $50 for the Artist rendition of the mural
during the initial phase of planning the mural. If you approve of
the rendition and are ready to proceed a 50% down payment (non-refundable)
of the total on the quote is required to schedule your project.
